This web site was created and is maintained, for the most part, by NEHS parents and student volunteers.

We realized that most of the fundraising efforts at the school require supporters to be present on site. Thus, many of our families and community members who would like to support school programs do not have the opportunity to do so.

Payment Options & Security
We can process MasterCard and Visa. We follow standard web protocols to ensure that all financial information you provide remains safe and secure. Volunteers do not have access to your credit card information. Only the Finance Office at NEHS has the ability to retrieve the secure information.

What happens when I place my order?
You will get an automated e-mail notice of the transaction. The Finance Office at NEHS will also get an automated notice of your purchase. The Finance Office will forward the notice (not including credit card info) to the appropriate volunteer group. A group representative will contact you to verify product availability, delivery options, and answer any other questions you might have. Your credit card will not be processed until your order is ready to ship.

How will I get the items I ordered?
Here are some options we can arrange:
1. Leave item for you or your student to pick up in the school office.
2. We can hand-deliver the item per your instructions.
3. In some cases, we can arrange for packaging and shipping per your instructions. If the item will not fit in a standard business-size envelope, although there will be additional charges for this service and we will let you know what those charges will be.

How long will it take to get the item I ordered?
This depends on the item. Some items have delivery-time estimates written into their descriptions. If you are in a rush for an item, you should call the Finance Office at 541-334-4781 to get details before placing your oder.

This is a gift. Can I make special arrangements?
When we see that a shipping address is different from a billing address, we are careful to contact only the billing address. When we contact you after your purchase, please be sure to let the volunteer know about any special arrangements you would like to make.
